Native Houstonian Diane Kingshill grew up just south of the metropolitan area in Friendswood, Texas. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Diane was an elementary school teacher and then entered pharmaceutical sales.
Over a period of 18 years, her positions with a national biotech firm included sales, management and ultimately liaison for the company’s home office in San Francisco between the M. D. Anderson and Vanderbilt University cancer centers.
Houses have always been magnets for Diane. As she was building her sales career, she was also buying, remodeling and selling homes and condos. She and a partner formed an interior design firm and not only remodeled homes but designed the interiors and furnishings as well.
Perhaps unconsciously, Diane built an excellent foundation for real estate success: a proven background in sales, first-hand knowledge of what makes houses “work,” and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Diane is included consistently among Houston Business Journal’s quarterly list of the top 20 most expensive homes listed or sold in Houston.Contact Us
